<p>The YM & YWHA of Washington Heights and Inwood is seeking a social worker for the Center for Aging in Place, who is passionate about working with older adults. Additional functions and responsibilities may change or may be assigned.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>LMSW required; LCSW preferred </li><li>Minimum of two years of experience working with the geriatric population </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other technology </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on the principles of trauma informed care </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li></ul> <p>WORK AUTHORIZATION & CLEARANCE</p> <ul> <li>Documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S. </li><li>Must pass a background check and other pre-employment requirements </li></ul>
