<p>This position is in Wauseon, Ohio</p> <p>Hours: Monday - Wednesday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, off Thursday Fridays 7:30 am - 4:30 pm</p> <p>This position has the potential to make up to $200,000 yearly</p> <p>General Summary:</p> <p>Educate and advise patients, diagnose and treat health problems, and provide general health care under the direction of the physician.</p> <p>Works under the supervision of Dr. Kouba</p> <p>Principal Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <p>Example of Essential Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Patient Evaluation and Diagnosis: Perform physical exams, take medical histories, and diagnose various skin conditions. </li><li>Treatment Planning and Implementation: Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and administer treatments for skin conditions. </li><li>Procedures: Perform biopsies, cryotherapy, and other minor surgical procedures. </li><li>Patient Education: Educate patients on proper skincare, sun protection, and preventive measures. </li><li>Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation. </li><li>Collaboration: Work collaboratively with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals. </li></ul> <p>Other Essential Duties May Include (but are not limited to):</p> <ol start="8"> <li> <p>Other treatments and/or procedures after consulting with or under the supervision of the physician.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ol> <p>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Active Physician Assistant License from the Ohio State Medical Board </li><li>Knowledge of Physician Assistant theory, practice and medical care, medical equipment and instruments, and OSHA regulations. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to analyze and determine solutions in order to best serve the patients. </li><li>Consistently arrives at work, in professional attire, on time and completes all tasks within established time frame. </li><li>Current BLS required. </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree and licensed as a Physician Assistant in the State of Ohio </li></ul>
