<p>Job Description</p> <p>As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for cooking cravable food, preparing orders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Make delicious and craveable food quickly and correctly. </li><li>Accurately prepare and deliver customer orders in a timely manner. </li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and team member spaces. </li><li>Observe and adhere to health and sanitation guidelines. </li><li>Ensure each guest leaves with a smile by providing attentive and efficient service. </li><li>Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to achieve store goals including speed of service, order accuracy, and overall guest satisfaction. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, positivity, and attention to detail. </li><li>Physical mobility to keep up with the demands of a fast-paced work environment. </li><li>Able to adapt to change quickly while utilizing critical thinking and problem solving skills </li><li>Ability to stand for the duration of your shift, ranging from 3 to 8 hours. </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. </li><li>Comfortable working in both hot and cold environments, both inside and outside. </li><li>Prior experience is not required; however, a Utah Food Handlers Card, ServSafe Certification, or previous fast food/customer service experience is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Highly flexible scheduling with morning shifts starting at 5:30 am and evening shifts until 11 pm. </li><li>Opportunity for growth within the company. </li><li>Meal discounts during shifts. </li><li>Personal and professional development opportunities. </li></ul> <p>Training:</p> <p>We provide formal training for all new team members as well as ongoing development opportunities to support your growth and success.</p> <p>Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
