The Staff Development Coordinator will be the onboarding and retention champion for the community through assisting in new employee hiring, onboarding, and orientation. This role requires a high level of engagement with the staff while serving as an advocate for growth and development within the company. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. </li><li>Active Indiana RN/LPN </li><li>Minimum one year of experience in long-term care setting. </li><li>Clinical experience with an ongoing interest and enthusiasm for creating educational programs that address the unique issues associated with care of the aged. </li><li>Knowledge of current federal and state laws and regulations in long-term care. </li><li>Knowledge and ability to coach, mentor, and educate clinical staff. </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you?
