<p>If you are a current YAI employee, please click this link to apply through your Workday account.</p> <p>Key/Essential Functions & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assists program facilitator, both in person and/or virtually, with implementing program curriculum for one (1) or more of YAI's Family Support group offerings, tracking attendance and may assist with updates to curriculum.</p> </li><li> <p>Engages with program participants of varying abilities and support needs both individually and as a group; prompts for participation and engagement based on program focus.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures a safe and structured environment; completes facility set-up/clean-up for each session.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicates with program facilitator and/or supervisor as needed; escalates programmatic concerns and reports operational issues related to program equipment and facilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Interacts with family members; answers questions and reports issues and concerns to program facilitator and/or Supervisor.</p> </li><li> <p>Remains current with mandatory and other training, successfully completing within the required time frame.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs all other duties, as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualification Requirements including education, experience, licensure/certification, etc. and essential physical capabilities (e.g. lifting, assisting lifting, standing, etc.)</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Diploma or GED; or</p> </li><li> <p>Satisfactory combination of education, experience and/or training.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be reliable, have excellent attendance, and be punctual.</p> </li><li> <p>Basic computer skills - including email, utilizing Workday and related systems (DA, etc.) to complete tasks.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to complete room set up, including movement/sliding of tables, chairs and other equipment.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualification Requirements (desired requirements beyond MQRs above)</p> <ul> <li> <p>Advanced degree, training and/or certification in program focus preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working with people with I/DD.</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation: $17.25 hourly</p> <p>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or status as a Vietnam or disabled veteran.
