This includes maintaining financial systems, analyzing, monitoring, reconciling and reporting financial data and ensuring application of sound accounting principles.</p> <ul> <li>Maintains the banking platforms. </li><li>Oversees the company expense & credit card reporting. </li><li>Deposit of weekly checks and application to the General Ledger. </li><li>Assists with year-end reporting and review. </li><li>Creates and distributes various financial reports. </li><li>Completes account reconciliations as assigned. </li><li>Identifies and troubleshoots anomalies, recommends resolutions. </li><li>Recommends improvements and/or procedural changes. </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; or 3+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li><li>Have knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing and financial softwares </li><li>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. </li></ul> <p>SALARY RANGE:</p> <p>At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children.
