In this role, you will assess and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders through individualized therapy delivered in the comfort of patients' homes. You will play a key role in helping adults improve communication, safety, and overall quality of life while maintaining independence in their daily environment.</p> <p>Compensation & Scheduling:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per routine visit </li><li>Part-time and PRN schedules available </li><li>Flexible Schedule: Designed to support a healthy work-life balance while meeting your professional goals </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for adult patients. </li><li>Provide therapy for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in the home setting. </li><li>Educate patients and caregivers to support therapy carryover and promote independence. </li><li>Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with home health regulations and collaborate with the care team for holistic patient care. </li></ul>
