If you enjoy making lasting change in people's lives and thrive in a team environment, Youth Care is a good fit for your career and development as a clinician.</p> <p>We are looking for a clinician who has strong case conceptualization skills; a track record of skilled delivery of individual, family, and group therapy; familiar with the working dynamic between program, client, family, and referring professional; competence in evidence-based treatment for adolescents; and display strong therapeutic, communication, and rapport-building skills.</p> <p>For over 30 years, Youth Care has been a premier provider of life-changing services for adolescents who are struggling with a wide range of mental health issues. Our dynamic and supportive environment combines intensive, therapeutic interventions alongside premier academic instruction.
