You work with project teams to identify and analyze clients' requirements and craft the right solution. On top of this, you've got the interpersonal skills to build the right rapport clients to get the project off the ground. Organization is your forte. You prioritize multiple projects at once with aplomb and always deliver quality work on time.</p> <p>The Work :</p> <ul> <li> <p>You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>You will translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, supporting transformation by developing business cases and guiding the implementation of key initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions.</p> </li><li> <p>Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential, as will providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Expert proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud is required. Expert proficiency in Salesforce CPQ is recommended.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced proficiency in Business Case Development, Value Architecture & Realization, and Business Design is suggested.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders on business objectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop comprehensive business cases that outline the benefits and costs of proposed solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Create and maintain documentation that clearly articulates business processes and technology solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of business transformation initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Continuously assess and refine business strategies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's What You Need</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 4 years of Cloud based CPQ specific experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 4 years SFDC CPQ experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 2 year of experience in Quote to Cash - CPQ implementations.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience supporting CMT clients and/or the CMT Industry</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience)</p> </li></ul> <p>Bonus Points If</p> <ul> <li> <p>You have prior experience working within the Salesforce platform.</p> </li><li> <p>You have prior experience with Apttus or Steelbrick/Salesforce CPQ.</p> </li><li> <p>You have a functional knowledge of business process design and six sigma principles.</p> </li><li> <p>You have prior experience as a team member of successful software project implementations related to CPQ.</p> </li><li> <p>You have an awareness of web, database, and object-oriented software technologies, and salesforce.com.</p> </li><li> <p>You have experience in hands on design, prototyping, development, configurations, testing and other implementation activities.</p> </li><li> <p>You have a proven technical background, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
