<p>Overview</p> <p>The Electric Boat Information Technology End User Services Team has an opening for End User Services Site Lead for Electric Boat's Groton Shipyard facility.</p> <p>The responsibilities of this role include and not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Monitoring and reporting on End User Services KPIs empowering management team to make informed business decisions for best business outcomes. </li><li>Providing IT Support and managed service provider oversight for End User Services </li><li>Interfacing effectively with EB user community, management, and contracted IT service providers </li><li>Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures </li><li>Serving as the key POC for End User Services at Groton Shipyard </li><li>Oversee IT TechStop operations at Groton Shipyard </li></ul> <p>This position is located at our Groton, CT. This position is 100% on-site.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent or higher </li><li>8+ years in an Technical Enduser support </li><li>4+ years experience with Mobile device support </li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance through the Department of Defense </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Two/Four Year Technical School </li><li>Experience with PC Hardware, Printers, Networked EndUser Devices </li><li>6+ years experience with Mobile devices in an EndUser </li><li>10+ years in Technical Roles supporting EndUsers </li><li>Experience in IT Service Delivery </li><li>Experience using ServiceNow </li><li>Experience working with EB IT Department </li></ul> <p>Skills</p> <ul> <li>The ability to work independently and as a member of functional work teams </li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft products </li><li>Ability to read and interpret written instructions </li><li>Customer Service </li></ul> <p>Physical Qualifications</p> <p>Color Vision</p> <p>Environmental Attributes</p> <p>Inside</p>
