It could be!</p> <p>YPrime's Finance & Accounting team is searching for a Contracts Specialist to partner with internal and external teams to manage the contract lifecycle from the initial draft to a fully executed document</p> <p>Here's what we need from you:</p> <ul> <li>Advanced Excel skills </li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Business, a related field, or an equivalent amount of working experience </li></ul> <p>Here are some more details about the job:</p> <ul> <li>You'll create study budget for client proposals based on specifications obtained from the Sales and Project Management team. </li><li>You'll be responsible for generating the initial draft of the Statement of Work based on study specifications and proposed pricing. </li><li>You'll draft CDA's, Master Service Agreements and Change Orders. </li><li>You'll manage the contract lifecycle from the initial draft to the fully executed document. Ensures all internal approvers have been obtained. </li><li>You'll work with internal counsel to ensure all contract terms are appropriate and acceptable. </li><li>You'll enter contract information in internal systems and maintains an organized system for all fully executed documents. </li><li>You'll update internal systems with pertinent budget and contract information on an ongoing basis. </li><li>You'll participate in meetings with internal Sales and Operations teams as well as client teams in order to appropriately price client studies </li><li>You'll perform other responsibilities assigned as required </li></ul> <p>Have these things too?
