<p>Duxbury Middle School is seeking exceptional candidates for the position of part-time Math Tutor for the 2025-2026 school year</p> <p>Responsibilities include working in small groups to support students with math concepts taught in the classroom.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university </li><li>Management skills that support learning </li><li>Ability to collaborate in order to meet the needs of students </li><li>Experience meeting the needs of diverse learners </li><li>Ability to plan and implement lessons that are aligned with the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks for small group instruction </li><li>Citizenship, residency or work visa required </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Current teacher certification from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education </li></ul> <p>Part-time position (less than 19.5 hours per week)- schedule to be determined by building administrator.</p> <p>The Duxbury Middle School is committed to providing a safe and secure academic and social environment for students, and to fostering a school community that promotes respect, dignity, and a healthy life balance.
