The Manager plans, assigns, and directs the referral process, scanning workflow, float staff coverage, and centralized call center services. This position monitors productivity and quality, ensuring that goals are achieved, and standards are adhered to.</p> <p>Access Manager Position Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>Associates Degree or certification (CPPM-Certified Physician Practice Manager or CMOM-Certified Medical Office Manager) required. </li><li>Minimum of three years of supervisory experience required. </li><li>At least three years of customer service or administrative experience required, at least two of which must be in healthcare. </li><li>Familiarity with medical terminology and various insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance required. </li><li>Electronic Medical Record proficiency required, with Epic experience preferred. </li></ul> <p>Access Manager Work Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>Monday through Friday, Day Shift </li></ul> <p>Access Manager Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>At TidalHealth, full-time employees working at least 80 hours per pay period and part-time employees working at least 40 hours per pay period are eligible for benefits. </li><li>Benefits include medical, prescription, vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, disability insurance plans, life insurance, paid time off plans, retirement plans, tuition assistance, employee assistance, and access to on-site childcare and a credit union. </li></ul> <p>Salary range: $53,310.40 - $82,638.40 Commensurate with experience</p>
