<p>Pay $80,000 - $83,000</p> <p>Provide clinical and administrative supervision of clinical and administrative staff, monitor and ensure productivity in line with budget revenues and expenses of the program they are assigned responsibilities.</p> <p>Core Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Carries an assigned caseload and serves as the primary therapist. </li><li>Conducts screenings, clinical assessments, and diagnostic impressions. </li><li>Promotes the involvement of family and/or significant others. </li><li>Provides linkage to other community support services. </li><li>Monitors staff productivity. </li><li>Provides individual and group clinical supervision. </li><li>Recruits, hires and evaluates the performance of assigned staff therapist. </li><li>Provides clinical supervision to student interns, as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Masters in Social Work plus current licensure, LCSW preferred. </li><li>Master's in Mental Health Counseling with license (LMHC), may be considered. </li><li>3 years of experience counseling adults, families, and children. </li><li>Must have a valid NYS Driver's License. </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <p>Our work environment provides the opportunity to grow and learn in a fast-paced atmosphere.
