S/he works closely with the Sr. Director to set goals and implement processes to improve office operations. The Physician Practice Coordinator is responsible for managing day to day operational needs including: staffing, A/R, A/P, front office and patient flow. S/he supervises the administrative support staff, medical assistants, and is a resource for the physician and mid-level practitioner staff. S/he will continuously review existing practice operations with a view towards enhancing quality, efficiency, innovation, patient satisfaction, and cost reduction.
