<p>Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)</p> <p>About CanQualify</p> <p>CanQualify is an industry-leading compliance management company helping clients streamline contractor qualification, safety, and risk management processes. Recently acquired by Tang & Company, a family-owned organization with over 45 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Construction, and Industrial sectors, CanQualify continues to grow its platform and service capabilities to better serve clients nationwide.</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team full-time. In this role, youll be the primary point of contact for our suppliers providing exceptional support, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, and maintaining CanQualifys reputation for top-tier service and reliability.</p> <p>Work Schedule</p> <ul> <li>Full-Time, Monday through Friday </li><li>Hours: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (Pacific Time) </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the first point of contact for supplier inquiries via phone, email, and chat. </li><li>Provide step-by-step assistance to suppliers navigating the CanQualify platform. </li><li>Manage incoming requests, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex concerns when necessary. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of supplier interactions and follow up to ensure timely resolution. </li><li>Collaborate with Account Managers, the Compliance Team and other departments to support client/supplier satisfaction and program success. </li><li>Educate supplier users about CanQualifys tools, features, and compliance requirements. </li><li>Identify recurring customer needs or pain points and provide feedback to improve service and product performance. </li><li>Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and expand services such as helping general contractors invite and manage their subcontractors through CanQualify. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>3 years of customer service or client support experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment. </li><li>Strong communication skills both written and verbal. </li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. </li><li>Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under minimal supervision. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software tools. </li><li>Experience in construction, energy, or industrial compliance management is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Why Join CanQualify?</p> <ul> <li>Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing organization backed by Tang & Company. </li><li>Collaborative, team-oriented culture that values initiative and innovation. </li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits package. </li><li>Room for career advancement and professional development </li></ul> <p>#MP1</p>
