<p>The Opportunity</p> <p>Do you thrive in a fast-moving sales environment, yet also love coaching individuals to help them achieve success? If so, we'd love to talk to you about the role of Manager of Group Sales at Ultimate Break.</p> <p>As Manager of Group Sales, you will play a pivotal role in the fastest-growing segment of Ultimate Break's business. The group sales team is responsible for generating new leads; nurturing, managing and retaining prospects at scale; and working directly with prospective group coordinators to select the travel experience that best fits their needs. As Group Sales Manager, you will both inspire and motivate your team - helping them identify new lead sources, manage their sales pipeline and drive repeat behavior.</p> <p>You will be responsible for sales strategy, lead generation, team structure, systems integration and internal communication as it relates to groups sales and will work closely with your counterparts in sales and collaboratively across other departments, especially our marketing, customer service and finance teams.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Drive the sales strategy for the groups sales team </li><li>Own the development and execution of a scalable lead generation strategy, collaborating with the marketing team </li><li>Identify, test and optimize lead acquisition channels using a data-driven, iterative approach </li><li>Monitor lead flow and conversation metrics and hold the team accountable to sales goals </li><li>Coach sales staff on pipeline management and equip team with reporting to improve lead qualification and follow-up effectiveness </li><li>Partner with operations and customer service to streamline the traveler experience and optimize revenue opportunities </li><li>Day-to-day management of the team </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>4+ years-experience with 2+ years-experience as a people manager </li><li>Sales experience, preferably in a field or outbound sales role </li><li>Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable making decisions and thrives in a fast-moving environment </li><li>Proven track record of motivating others to achieve success </li><li>Ability to develop and execute a strategy that maximizes results </li></ul> <p>Why you'll love working here: Perks, Benefits, and more!</p> <p>This is the most fun, high caliber place you'll ever work.
