<p>Overview</p> <p>Job Title: Restaurant Server</p> <p>Salary: $11.79 + TIPS</p> <p>Shift: Overnight</p> <p>Status: Full Time</p> <p>Located in beautiful Black Hawk, CO, the Monarch Resort Spa seeks a passionate 24/7 Restaurant Server to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that exceeds the expectations of our guests and team.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Passionate about food and service, with a friendly, outgoing demeanor and experience in a fast-paced restaurant. </li><li>Greet guests warmly, direct them to their tables, take and enter beverage orders promptly. </li><li>Memorize and recommend food and beverage items, provide superior service by refilling drinks and checking on guests. </li><li>Address and escalate guest concerns, follow safety and alcohol awareness procedures. </li><li>Maintain cleanliness, clear and set tables, complete side work, and perform other assigned duties. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Excellent guest service and communication skills, with the ability to speak and write English clearly. </li><li>Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Preferred knowledge of food service regulations; capable of standing, bending, stooping, and using hands throughout the shift. </li><li>Physical ability to push and pull up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 45 lbs) and work all shifts, including weekends and holidays. </li><li>Must be at least 18 years old, pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Enhanced health, dental, and vision insurance, along with a flexible spending account. </li><li>Education, tuition, and certification reimbursement (up to $6,000 per calendar year). </li><li>Growth opportunities available across four different restaurants. </li><li>Access the team dining hall with one free hot meal per shift. </li><li>Company-matched 401k. </li><li>Paid time off and six observed holidays. </li></ul> <p>Save your gas and mileage on your car!
