<p>Software Engineer Level 2</p> <p>Join a dynamic team of skilled Software Engineers in developing Satellite Ground Stations Software as a Database Engineer. You will be working onsite to create innovative solutions that process vast amounts of data received from satellites, turning it into actionable information for end users.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform software development of large-scale database solutions. </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex software problems. </li><li>Optimize performance of database objects and queries. </li><li>Manage installation, patching, and upgrades of Oracle Database Software. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant or equivalent experience. </li><li>Oracle 19c RAC Database Administration experience. </li><li>Proficiency in BASH or similar scripting language. </li><li>Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance required. </li><li>U.S. citizenship required. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Oracle Multitenant Architecture. </li><li>Familiarity with Chef or Ansible automation. </li><li>Knowledge of satellite ground system software. </li><li>Experience with Atlassian Tools. </li><li>Understanding of Agile Development. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>Collaborate with a team of professionals dedicated to advancing space solutions, utilizing cutting-edge technologies to evolve with increasing data demands.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job</p> <p>classification and length of employment.
