<p>General Function</p> <p>Plans, administers and monitors a wide variety of exams to support Central Piedmont Community College students, faculty, staff and Charlotte-Mecklenburg community and surrounding areas.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ol> <li> <p>Monitors testing activities; enforces rules and regulations, and ensures a safe environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepares facility for testing and ensures that work areas are clean and neat; ensures that appropriate equipment, materials, and handouts are laid out for testing sessions.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists in maintaining testing equipment; performs simple maintenance, cleans and stores equipment when not in use, monitors condition, and notifies supervisor of any needed repairs.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitors inventory of materials and supplies.</p> </li><li> <p>Researches and evaluates new equipment, and makes recommendations regarding purchase decisions.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitors activities of part-time staff.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains records of testing activities and attendance</p> </li><li> <p>Retrieve and records test scores in various databases</p> </li><li> <p>Produces weekly testing report for supervisor.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ol> <p>Minimum Requirements and Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Associate degree and two years of related work experience</p> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Knowledge.
