Apply now and start your journey toward a rewarding career change!</p> <p>Pay: $15-$17 per hour (Based on shift and experience)</p> <p>We have multiple shifts available to meet your work-life balance needs!</p> <p>Day Shift Hours: 6:45 am - 7 pm (2-2-3 rotating schedule) or 6 am - 6 pm (12-hour rotating shifts)</p> <p>Night Shift Hours: 6:45 pm - 7 am (4-4 rotating schedule)</p> <p>Production Worker Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assemble and offload products. </li><li>Pack items into crates. </li><li>Complete the required paperwork. </li><li>Conduct timely quality checks. </li><li>Communicate any maintenance or machine issues to reduce downtime. </li><li>Utilize in-line assembly equipment (strappers, wrappers, labelers, nail guns, and staple guns). </li><li>Maintain a safe/clean workspace. </li></ul> <p>Qualified candidates will be able to work in a team environment, stand for 12 hours, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Prior warehouse, picker/packer, and assembly experienced is preferred, but entry-level positions are available.
