<p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Portfolio Loan Analyst successful candidate will have a high level of interaction with internal parties (accounting, trading, sales, legal, compliance, and structured finance) and external parties.</p> <p>Responsibilities & Duties</p> <ul> <li>Understand various investor accounting systems and reports </li><li>Reconcile and process remittance reporting </li><li>Resolve reporting and remittance differences through loan level research </li><li>Perform daily cash activity processing </li><li>Perform daily bank account reconciliations </li><li>Process purchase, sale, repurchase, and securitization loan transactions </li><li>Validate and process advances, expenses, and servicing compensation in accordance with agreements </li><li>Process mark-to-market and funding adjustment accounting entries </li><li>Prepare outgoing wire requests </li><li>Develop and maintain policy and procedures </li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of loan administration; loan boarding, loan documentation, special loans, escrow, servicing transfers, investor reporting. </li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of the sale and securitization process </li></ul> <p>Required Education, Experience, & Skills</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred </li><li>5+ years investor reporting or master servicing experience </li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of investor accounting and remittances </li><li>Advanced proficiency with SBO.net </li><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel </li><li>Working knowledge of servicing system investor reporting files; Black Knight Financial Services, Fiserv, etc. </li><li>Dynamic research and problem-solving skills </li><li>Working knowledge of all investor reporting remittance types </li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) </li><li>Attention to detail and organization </li><li>High level of professionalism </li></ul> <p>A reasonable estimate of the total compensation range for this role is $80,000-$90,000. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certification, and other factors.
