<p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>Responsible for control of the table game and assuring that guests have a favorable gaming experience.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Dealing the game and monitoring the monies of the table at all times. </li><li>Controlling gaming cards and equipment. </li><li>Responsible for analyzing customer play for cheating scams and suspicious variations in play. </li><li>Responsible for guest relations. </li><li>Paying wins. </li><li>Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees. </li><li>Complete knowledge of all facilities available to guests on property. </li><li>Always maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude with use of facial expressions and knowledge of all special events and promotional activities. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>MISCELLANEOUS</p> <ul> <li>Understand and adhere to all Colorado of Gaming regulations and any other applicable federal, state, and/or local regulations. </li><li>Maintaining interpersonal working relationships among all personnel. </li><li>Oral and written communication skills. </li><li>Public relations and guest service skills. </li><li>Able to accurately perform all assigned job duties in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Accuracy in completing assigned duties. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Technical school education in dealing specified game. </li><li>Must hold a valid gaming license by the state. </li><li>High school diploma or GED equivalent. </li></ul> <p>MENTAL & PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT</p> <ul> <li>Ability to read and understand simple instructions. </li><li>Ability to use chips, cards and a paddle. </li><li>Needs to have good hand/eye coordination. </li><li>Knowledgeable of specified games and gaming regulations. </li><li>Ability to add monies and chips. </li><li>Knowledge of theft techniques. </li><li>Good customer service and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment. </li></ul>
