Great for someone looking to work as part of a team and takes pride in their quality of work.</p> <p>VALUES</p> <ul> <li>Innovation </li><li>Commitment & Passion </li><li>Integrity </li><li>Team & Relationships </li></ul> <p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Will check parts for physical defects </li><li>Unload parts from PVC line </li><li>Trim and touch up parts as needed to meet our internal quality standards </li><li>Assist other team members with lifting and moving heavy parts continually throughout the day </li></ul> <p>ATTRIBUTES</p> <ul> <li>Enjoys working with a team </li><li>Able to work alongside the rotational line </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED preferred </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively </li><li>Ability to handle repetitive lifting while using proper lifting techniques daily </li><li>Ability to work overhead, and stand up constantly throughout the day </li></ul> <p>The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. Expanded pay ranges may be available for growth and advancement opportunities. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
