Youre the one making sure what leaves this building actually meets the standard we expect and the one our customers count on.</p> <p>Youve got a sharp eye, a low tolerance for close enough, and the confidence to call something out when its not right. You dont just find problems; you help fix them for good.</p> <p>What Youll Actually Be Doing</p> <p>Owning Quality at Every Step</p> <p>Youll inspect incoming materials, in-process builds, and finished products before they ship. Sheet metal, hardware, electronics - youll make sure it all meets spec.</p> <p>Catching Issues (and Driving Solutions)</p> <p>When somethings off, youll document it, flag it, and help drive corrective and preventive actions. Youll be part of the root cause process, not just handing problems off.</p> <p>Working Across the Team</p> <p>Youll work closely with engineering and production to solve issues quickly and keep things moving. Youll also be a go-to when customer-related quality issues come up.</p> <p>Tracking Performance and Improving It</p> <p>Youll enter and analyze data, monitor trends, and help establish baseline quality metrics. If something can be improved, youll help make it happen.</p> <p>Holding the Standard (and Raising It)</p> <p>Youll support training, help onboard new team members, and set the tone for what Winston quality really looks like on the floor.</p> <p>What Were Looking For</p> <ul> <li>A sharp eye for detail - especially cosmetic and dimensional defects </li><li>3-5 years of quality inspection experience </li><li>Ability to read and interpret drawings, including GD&T </li><li>Strong working knowledge of measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) </li><li>Comfort working with data and using it to drive decisions </li><li>Confidence to communicate clearly and collaborate across teams </li><li>Experience with CMM, laser measurement, or AutoCAD is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Why Youll Love Winston</p> <p>At Winston, we know profits matter.
