This position will primarily support the Assisted Living department while also providing supervision and clinical support across other departments within the community as needed.</p> <p>The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing staff, supporting resident care needs, responding to clinical concerns, and ensuring high standards of care are maintained at all times. If you are passionate about supporting both residents and staff while making a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply!</p> <ul> <li> <p>Current RN license in the state of Virginia</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in long-term care, assisted living, or a skilled nursing facility.</p> </li><li> <p>At least 1 year of supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>CPR/BLS certification required.</p> </li></ul>
