<p>AGRILAND FS is looking for an individual that will be responsible for growing profitable turf product sales within Agriland FS. This individual will ensure that all sales are complete and product is serviced in a timely, professional manner</p> <p>Core Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide exceptional service to customers, including loading products, processing orders, and ensuring timely deliveries </li><li>Assist with turf product sales, both inside and outside sales, to existing and prospective customers </li><li>Participate in turf sales calls with sales staff or independently as needed </li><li>Perform general warehouse, inventory, and facility support tasks to maintain plant efficiency and cleanliness </li><li>Works closely with the Turf Manager to identify and understand markets' wants and needs and develop programs that meet those needs </li><li>Knows product lines and recommended uses and limitations </li><li>Stays currently informed on technical information and products </li></ul> <p>What we need from you:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of a two-year degree in turf / business or equivalent work experience </li><li>Experience with a variety of turf products in a retail setting </li><li>No prior sales experience necessary-willing to train the right candidate with strong turf background </li><li>Strong, proven communication skills </li><li>Excellent customer service attitude </li><li>Very good organizational skills with experience prioritizing activities to accomplish assignments in a timely manner </li></ul> <p>Entry level encouraged to apply!
