<p>Summary: When assigned, supervises Slot Operations team members consistent with internal controls, policies and procedures while ensuring guest service standards are consistently met.</p> <p>Engagement Expectations:</p> <p>We believe that team member engagement is the basis for a great culture and superior guest service. During every interaction, we display three behaviors:</p> <ul> <li>Smile, display energy and open body language </li><li>Proactively greet team members and guests, initiating interaction to provide service </li><li>Always use a positive parting remark to end the conversation </li></ul> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>A Slot Attendant may fill the role of a Supervisor Slot Dual-Rate in the absence of a Supervisor Slot Operations and will not perform their normal duties in the same day. </li><li>Supervises Slot Operations team members and assists with guest interactions and transactions as needed. </li><li>Assists Slot Operations team members as needed with the payment of slot machine jackpots and machine malfunctions. </li><li>Notifies Slot Technicians when machine malfunctions require technical assistance. </li><li>Provides feedback to management. </li><li>Responds to guest issues, concerns and complaints in a courteous manner consistent with guest service standards. </li><li>Writes and submits shift and other reports required to document shift activity. </li><li>Complies with all internal controls and procedures related to departmental operations. </li><li>Ensures compliance with regulatory controls both internal and external including but not limited to state and federal laws and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. </li><li>Hires, trains and manages staff in accordance with organizational and approved departmental standards, policies and programs. </li><li>Ability to extend complementary services in accordance with the approved comp matrix. </li><li>Manages Slot Technical staff in conjunction with, and in the absence of, Slot Technical Management Staff. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age or older. </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>One or more years in casino related experience. </li><li>Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. </li><li>The ability to motivate staff through a teamwork approach. </li><li>Ability to communicate with team members and guests </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. </li><li>Available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays. </li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing. </li></ul> <p>Physical and Mental Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stand and walk. </li><li>Frequently required to stoop and kneel. </li><li>Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. </li><li>Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor. </li><li>Ability to work in a noisy and smoky environment. </li></ul>
