<p>In this role, you will collaborate with the Advanced Wealth Planning team, key partners and advisors to assess, consult, and develop financial planning proposals, strategies, & deliverables for advisors and their high-net-worth clients and prospects.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate strong knowledge of complex financial planning concepts including legacy/estate, retirement, business and tax planning strategies </li><li>Ensure accurate and timely case documentation </li><li>Prepare case strategies, recommendations and advice materials to support advisor and their high-net-worth clients </li><li>Partner cross-organizationally with Ameriprise India, WMS, Ameriprise Bank, and RVS to develop comprehensive solutions appropriate for high-net-worth client case </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>5-7 years' financial services experience </li><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent </li><li>FINRA Series 7, 66 (63 & 65) or ability to obtain within 90 days </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience working with the HNW market segment preferred </li><li>Strong knowledge of financial planning strategies, including estate, tax, business, retirement, equity compensation </li><li>Solid understanding of financial planning process </li><li>Ability to quickly analyze complex situations and synthesize into easy-to-understand advice </li><li>Ability to work independently and collaborate with others across the organization </li><li>Experience with advisors assessing their needs, identifying suitable strategies and making actionable recommendations </li><li>Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills </li><li>Strong interpersonal and influencing skills </li><li>Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client cases and priorities </li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills </li><li>Experience working with field leaders, advisors and clients </li></ul> <p>About Our Company</p> <p>We're a diversified financial services leader with more than $1.5 trillion in assets under management, administration and advisement as of 2024. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
