<p>McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for MLT for its Story City offices. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.</p> <p>Responsibilities include: performing laboratory tests classified under CLIA-88 as highly complex, moderately complex, or waived, in all sections of the laboratory under minimal supervision in accordance with McFarland Clinic's Core Values and Promise.</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Associate degree in medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution and/or successful completion of a recognized course of study in Clinical Laboratory Technology. </li></ul> <p>Certification/License</p> <ul> <li>Certification, or eligibility for certification, as MLT (ASCP) or equivalent. </li></ul> <p>Days: Monday, Thursday and Friday</p> <p>Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00PM</p> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>One year experience in a hospital or clinic setting as an MLT. </li></ul> <p>Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>McFarland Clinic offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, 401(k), and PTO.
