We are currently seeking a Part-Time Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at Ruby Vista, our brand-new 98-unit LIHTC community located in Denver, Colorado.</p> <p>As a Resident Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. You'll be responsible for connecting residents with services, activities, and community resources that support stability, self-sufficiency, and a vibrant community environment. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in affordable housing through direct service and community engagement.</p> <p>As a Resident Service Coordinator, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Establish partnerships with various community agencies to deliver services to our residents. </li><li>Research and study available community resources and their eligibility requirements. </li><li>Develop programs and services based on resident and team member surveys. </li><li>Engage with residents, informing them of available services, application procedures, training opportunities, and community events. </li><li>Create a community calendar of programs and events. </li><li>Host the community food bank, including picking up food from various agencies. </li><li>Maintain resident confidentiality while following all Fair Housing and LLT laws. </li></ul> <p>Resident Services Coordinator Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in social work, Sociology, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field preferred. </li><li>Two years of similar experience. </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license. </li><li>Schedule: This position requires approximately 25 hours of work per week. </li><li>Ability to work independently and create projects or programs autonomously. </li><li>Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with residents, property managers, and community agency employees. </li><li>Excellent organization and prioritization skills. </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love Working with Gorman:</p> <ul> <li>Salary range: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour </li><li>Paid Holidays </li><li>401K with up to a 6% match. </li></ul> <p>Application Deadline: ongoing</p> <p>Gorman & Company is a trusted partner in the community, specializing in downtown revitalization, the preservation of affordable housing, workforce housing, and the adaptive reuse of significant historic buildings.</p> <p>Gorman & Company is an Equal Employment Affirmative Action Employer.</p>
