<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Provide support as a front-end customer service representative</p> <p>Manage linen distribution process for summer groups</p> <p>Prepare, distribute and collect packets, keys, College materials for each rental group</p> <p>Assist with check-in and check-out processes as well as other duties as part of the execution of a campus rental</p> <p>Support the rental groups during their time on campus, liaison for groups needs</p> <p>Support the Campus Rental Staff with projects or tasks that may result from hosting rental groups</p> <p>Learning and use of 25 Live event software</p> <p>Provide support for President's office operations: phone and reception coverage</p> <p>Other duties as assigned</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Positive personality</p> <p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</p> <p>Competency with Microsoft Office applications, Office 365</p> <p>Ability to work with structure and also independently</p> <p>Good organizational skills</p> <p>Flexible work schedule, may include holiday, night and weekend for events</p> <p>Willingness to work in different campus settings: office, residence hall, campus center</p> <p>Respects a confidential work environment</p> <p>Available to start ASAP</p> <p>Additional Information:</p> <p>This position is only open to current MCLA students.</p> <p>Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to provide reasonable accommodations to qualified applicants and employees with disabilities.
