Directly or indirectly, you will have exposure to cutting-edge technology and groundbreaking medical research.</p> <p>3P is PCU/Med/Surg unit at Howard County Medical Center</p> <p>12-week PM shift</p> <p>$60/hr</p> <p>Facilitating and coordinating care by providing evidence-based care based on the nursing process, policies, procedures, and protocols of the Johns Hopkins Health System.</p> <p>Providing direction to/management of other team members to promote quality, safety, and excellence in care.</p> <p>Working collaboratively with, and providing leadership for, a multidisciplinary health care team to support program initiatives that support quality, safety, and excellence in care.</p> <p>Participating in promoting improvement initiatives (clinical, financial, operational) that supports, protects and promotes area of specialty.</p> <p>Implementing initiatives in area of specialty as directed by nursing and medical leadership.</p> <p>Fostering a clinical environment of service excellence.</p> <p>Must have:</p> <ul> <li>Current registered nurse license in the state of Maryland, or licensed in a compact state </li><li>Current CPR certification </li><li>2 years of recent Med/Surg or PCU experience </li></ul> <p>Johns Hopkins Health System and its affiliates are an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employers.
