<p>The Division of Academic & Student Affairs (DASA) is where students discover connections and community. The Division of Academic and Student Affairs is the place to work for values-driven faculty and staff who are passionate about promoting the success of the whole student.</p> <p>NC State University launched the Juntos Program in 2007, with a plan to provide high school Latino students and their families with the knowledge, skills, and resources to ensure high school graduation and increase college access and attendance rates.</p> <p>Essential Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Manage diversified communication strategies at the state and local level, with stakeholders and program staff, including creating content for a monthly newsletter, social media posts, and weekly communication to coordinators. </li><li>Manage translation for in-house documents </li><li>Develop partnerships by connecting with professionals to provide resources to support the county coordinators' professional development and youth career exploration, in partnership with the Resource Development team </li><li>Support National Juntos growth and development by facilitating curriculum revisions and maintaining the Google Drive, amongst other duties as assigned </li><li>Collaborate with the Juntos Project Manager with Post Secondary coaching and coordination by providing success coaching to students, and planning and organizing two post-secondary events annually. </li><li>Collaborate with the Juntos Evaluator to ensure program evaluation is executed successfully annually by gathering monthly content, maintaining weekly tracking, and organizing enrollment data. </li><li>Supervise and guide Federal Work Study Students by assigning tasks and managing their provided workload with individual 1-1 meetings, as well as providing any necessary trainings. </li><li>Collaborate with the Leadership Team on the planning and implementation of annual state-level Juntos events.
