Effective delivery of</p> <p>student-focused instruction both in the classroom and via online coursework is expected,</p> <p>as is continuous professional improvement and accessibility/interaction with students.</p> <p>Percentage Of Time 55 Responsibility / Duty</p> <p>30% Scholarly Activity: Successfully publish peer-reviewed journal articles and conference</p> <p>proceedings to maintain academic qualifications.</p> <p>Percentage Of Time 30 Responsibility / Duty</p> <p>15% Service to Dept., College, University, and Community: Participate in student advising,</p> <p>institutional committees, and campus/community/professional activities. Participate in program reviews; participate in student recruitment and retention.
