Our team takes pride in craftsmanship, efficiency, and working safely.</p> <p>We're hiring a Warehouse Associate III, to support our Baltimore warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role with a mix of shipping, receiving, inventory management with a focus on efficiency and safety. Here's the qualifications we are looking for:</p> <p>Key Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship. </li><li>Effective communication skills for warehouse processes. </li><li>Must be at least 18 years old. </li><li>Forklift experience and other material handling equipment including pallet jacks, pallet wrapper or similar; willingness to get forklift certified (training provided) </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience in senior-level warehouse work in distribution, logistics or a manufacturing environment (typically acquired through 3+ years of progressive experience). </li><li>Experience in a manufacturing environment or slab handling a plus. </li><li>Attention to detail and a focus on doing things safely. </li><li>Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays. </li></ul> <p>Skills/Requirements</p> <p>Additional Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Physical Capability: Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including regularly lifting 0-50 lbs. and occasionally team lifting up to 90+ lbs., with frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motion.
