<p>12/01/2025</p> <p>Closing Date:</p> <p>12/01/2025</p> <p>Additional Information:</p> <p>Effective Date(s): December 01, 2025 - March 08, 2026</p> <p>Staff Needed: One (1) Head Coach - Boys Basketball</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>DOE Certification Requirements (including volunteer coaches) must have one of the two certifications:</p> </li><li> <p>New Jersey Teacher's Certification</p> </li><li> <p>New Jersey Instructional Substitute Credential (30 College Credits)</p> </li><li> <p>Proof of experience required for Substitute Certificate holder.</p> </li><li> <p>Coaching experience preferred but not required.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be available daily during the winter sports season.</p> </li><li> <p>All coaches must hold a current (valid) adult CPR/AED and Basic First Aid Certification. All courses that the DOE approves for certification are acceptable.</p> </li><li> <p>All new coaches (starting 2007-2008 school year) must complete the NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching Course before their first employment as a coach. This course is a one-time requirement.</p> </li><li> <p>All coaches must complete the NFHS Concussion in Sports Course, renewed annually.</p> </li><li> <p>All coaches must complete the NFHS Heat Illness Prevention Course, renewed annually.</p> </li><li> <p>All coaches must complete the NFHS Implicit Bias Course. This course is a one-time requirement.</p> </li><li> <p>All coaches must complete the BeNice Program.
