<p>As the OTS Ind Market Director will be responsible for driving business growth, market differentiation and developing strategic sales plans based on Randstad Operational Talent Solutions goals. This role will have overall responsibility to lead the business in defining the vision, strategy, goals and objectives and facilitate action in accomplishment of those goals. You will be offering customers superior experiences that combine technology and human capability by leveraging and executing Randstad's omni-channel strategy to position Randstad well to win in the new digital reality. The goal of this OTS Ind Market Vice Director role is to achieve sustainable business growth, gain market share and maximize profitability through leading both Practice Managers and Individual Contributors. The OTS Ind Market Director will be aligned to a metro market branch and report to the metro market leader and oversee <$14M in revenue.</p> <p>What you get to do:</p> <ul> <li>Understands the current and future market, industry, and customers needs in order to support team with key prospects in district </li><li>Growth of major accounts, accelerate growth of newly named key accounts and present with your team in key clients QBRs where you are identifying solutions for the client and increasing wallet share </li><li>Establishes and maintains relationships with customers, prospects, and other lines of business to drive profitable growth and grow the percentage of accounts with other LOBs </li><li>Sets targets, performance plans and rigorous objective standards for the team </li><li>Meet talent and client satisfaction score targets through leadership over delivering quality customer experiences </li><li>Determine and assign sales targets and/or goals while projecting and forecast revenue </li><li>Work with Delivery Manager to establish and monitor a talent strategy that supports placement and redeployment objectives </li><li>Steer between sales and recruiting and analyze the data and results to quickly develop plans to address performance gaps </li><li>Provide expertise with value based pricing and provide advanced negotiation expertise </li><li>Tracks and communicates overall progress of teams efforts against targets </li><li>Encourage and foster adoption of new tools, technology, and really any type of change in work processes to drive efficiency/execution of the team </li><li>Provides leadership to the team while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development and high performance </li><li>Sets targets, performance plans and rigorous objective standards for the team </li><li>Recruit, select, onboard and train new employees and meet with employees one on one to review performance, progress and targets </li></ul> <p>What you need to bring:</p> <ul> <li>High School or GED </li><li>4 Year / Bachelors Degree </li><li>minimum of staffing industry experience </li><li>people management and demonstrated success in driving business results </li><li>demonstrated success in selling large accounts, staffing experience highly preferred </li><li>Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives </li><li>Charismatic leader able to effectively motivate and influence constituents and colleagues </li><li>Strategic thinking, business acumen, and entrepreneurial mindset are a must </li><li>Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-pace environment </li><li>Demonstrate the ability to identify customers and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations </li><li>Must be innovative in approach, willing to take risks and operate successfully in ambiguous situations </li><li>Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups </li><li>Must be comfortable presenting to and influencing Sr. level management </li><li>Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate to all levels </li><li>Strong leadership, decision making and motivational skills required to grow and develop business and people in tandem. </li><li>Must be self-motivated and driven by the need to be successful </li><li>Ability to generate new business in order to execute sales targets </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Able to use google suite of products </li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner </li></ul> <p>This job posting is open for 4 weeks.</p> <p>Randstad offers competitive pay and bonus structures. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s).
