We are a Level 1 Cardiac Center with 1200+ heart cases/year.</p> <p>We're seeking a Manager, Robotics Program (Registered Nurse / RN) for the Cardiovascular Operating Room at Emory Saint Joseph's Hospital. This individual:</p> <ul> <li>Has the ability to perform all duties assigned to the Robotics Coordinator. </li><li>Plans, coordinates, and directs the daily operations of a specific shift on a clinical unit. </li><li>Supervises staff and facilitates communication with physicians and internal administrators to provide optimal patient and family-centered care. </li><li>Is recognized as a change agent and routinely leads efforts to strengthen organizational systems that support the mission, vision, and values of the department. </li><li>Adept at creative problem-solving, negotiating conflict, and collaborating with others. </li><li>Work with leadership to increase awareness regarding program services and support program growth. </li><li>May be responsible for supporting the robotics program system wide. </li><li>May provide training, presentations, and demonstration promoting the program to various audience. </li><li>May be required to take call. </li><li>Demonstrates insight, judgment, and clinically sound risk-taking. Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>All nurses employed in roles requiring an unencumbered nursing license must have a valid, active license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board. </li><li>Bachelor's degree required. </li><li>Five years experience as an RN, with a minimum of three years of experience directly related to the operating room. </li><li>CNOR / CRNFA Certification preferred. </li><li>Management experience preferred. </li><li>BLS and ACLS certifications required. </li></ul> <p>JOIN OUR TEAM TODAY!
