<p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>The Thermal Parts Specialist plays a critical role in supporting national parts sales by handling incoming part inquiries via the national support line, managing multiple requests simultaneously, and ensuring timely and accurate responses to customers. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Provide customer support by handling incoming phone calls and inquiries from national customers, assisting in the identification and selection of appropriate replacement parts and assemblies. </li><li>Collaborate with customers to recommend upgrades or change-out solutions, identifying opportunities for product enhancements and providing expert guidance. </li><li>Complete additional tasks assigned to contribute to overall team success and operational efficiency. </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent </li><li>2+ years of working experience </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office </li><li>Strong attention to detail </li><li>Excellent customer service skills </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATION</p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree </li><li>Previous experience dealing with parts </li><li>HVAC experience </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS</p> <ul> <li>Office/ warehouse environment </li></ul> <p>TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED</p> <ul> <li>0-5% </li></ul> <p>The successful candidate will embrace Vertiv's Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.</p> <p>OUR CORE PRINCIPALS: Safety.
