We rely on our talented and dedicated team members to provide reliable products with personalized service.</p> <p>We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for County Materials in Astatula, Florida.</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Coding invoices for approval </li><li>Filing receivers for material </li><li>Creating special stock numbers for elevator and stair shafts </li><li>Inputting the stock numbers to CSD </li><li>Loading signed receipts or BOL to saved folder </li><li>Scanning submittals/shipped tickets </li><li>Inputting weekly trucking and equipment into hrs/miles database </li><li>Assist with Rebar LF conversion </li><li>Sending credit application request to new customer </li><li>Filing NTO </li><li>Backup for inputting blanket orders in CSD </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Office working environment </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Sitting frequently </li><li>Carrying/Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds rarely </li><li>Standing / Walking / Climbing rarely </li></ul> <p>Experience & Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School education required. </li><li>Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in related field preferred. </li><li>Must be proficient in Microsoft products </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>Good mathematical skills </li><li>Pro-active, multi-tasked, self-motivated team player and positive attitude is a must. </li></ul>
