<p>Be a part of our festive Reunion weekend when we welcome back thousands of our alumni and guests to Notre Dame's campus! You will be successful in this role if you are a clear communicator who enjoys greeting and helping people.</p> <p>Key duties include:</p> <ul> <li>Answering phone calls from Reunion guests requesting transportation </li><li>Dispatching shuttle drivers via via a navigation and communications computer/phone app </li><li>Coordinating transportation services for guests to/from various events involving large numbers of people </li><li>Keeping the headquarters neat and functioning smoothly </li></ul> <p>The Reunion Shuttle Coordinators will work side-by-side with the Alumni Association staff and may be asked to fulfill other transportation-related duties.</p> <p>To prepare you, we will conduct an orientation/general training session. Additionally, we will provide you with the Reunion event mobile app and other campus and event information so you are very familiar with the Reunion event and can assist our guests. This information will include the Reunion schedule (times and locations of main events) and answers to common guest questions. This position is not tip-eligible.</p> <p>Work Site/Location: Reunion Transportation headquarters in the Eck Visitors Center</p> <p>Schedule: This is a temporary position with work shifts from May 28 - June 1, 2025. Individuals must be available to work throughout the entire 4-day event in order to be considered. Individuals must also be flexible and able to work any shift assigned throughout the event (see below).</p> <p>Orientation: Wednesday, May 28: The University will provide a paid detailed orientation session. In this session you will be given Reunion staff shirts and name badges along with the dress code. If you do not show up for orientation and/or your scheduled shift, you will not be eligible for future Reunion Work.We will also provide specific instructions on the use of our walkie-talkie handheld radios that will be the primary method of communication between Transportation Dispatchers and Shuttle Drivers. If you do not show up for orientation and/or your scheduled shift, you will not be eligible for future Reunion Work.</p> <p>Work shifts will be assigned to cover the following hours of operations:</p> <p>Thursday, May 29 : 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 a.m. (will be assigned to a.m. or p.m. shift)</p> <p>Friday, May 30 : 7:30 a.m. - 12:30 a.m. (will be assigned to a.m. or p.m. shift)</p> <p>Saturday, May 31: 7:30 a.m. - 12:30 a.m. (will be assigned to a.m. or p.m. shift)</p> <p>Sunday, June 1: 7:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.</p>
