<p>Kforce has a client in need of a Instructional Designer in Wilmington, MA.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead instructional design and curriculum development for assigned workstream (P2P, AP, C2C, SCM, MDM, reporting) </li><li>Support overall training strategy, planning, and stakeholder coordination </li><li>Design and develop training materials (ILT, VILT, eLearning, videos, documentation) </li><li>Assist with train-the-trainer program development and delivery </li><li>Maintain training work plans, timelines, and resource allocation </li><li>Manage creation of user guides, job aids, and training content </li><li>Support planning and delivery of in-person and remote training </li><li>Oversee SME review process to ensure accuracy and consistency </li><li>Partner with technical writing team for alignment </li><li>Coordinate LMS uploads with L\&D team* 5+ years of experience, including 3+ in instructional design, adult learning, and curriculum development (eLearning, ILT, VILT) </li><li>Facilitation experience preferred </li><li>Experience developing technical training for Oracle or similar ERP systems </li><li>Ability to build training aligned to business processes and workflows </li><li>Proven success managing multiple deliverables across complex, matrixed environments </li><li>Strong knowledge of training tools and delivery methods </li><li>Experience with synchronous and asynchronous training design </li><li>Strong communication, facilitation, and advanced PowerPoint skills </li></ul>
