<p>POSITION DESCRIPTION</p> <p>The Injection Molding Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. This team member will follow established procedures and quality standards to ensure efficient and safe production.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILIES</p> <ul> <li>Mold, assemble, and package products. </li><li>Complete the necessary paperwork, including production records and quality inspection reports. </li><li>Inspect parts for defects and ensure they meet the company quality standards. </li><li>Report any quality issues to the supervisor and quality team. </li><li>Follow all safety procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE). </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment. </li><li>Assist with training employees when necessary. </li><li>Perform other job duties as required. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. </li><li>Experience operating injection molding machines is preferred. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li><li>Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
