Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have experience supporting adults with mental illness by setting and working toward individualized nutritional goals. They will understand the connection between diet and mental well-being and be able to provide practical, supportive guidance as part of a holistic care teams</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide personal care and health-related services, including bathing, grooming, and toileting, to support clients' daily needs </li><li>Assist with daily living activities, such as maintaining hygiene, managing finances, and maintaining a clean living environment </li><li>Support clients in building independence and recovery skills across various environments </li><li>Perform housekeeping, shopping, and transportation tasks as needed, ensuring clients can access necessary services and appointments </li><li>Recognize symptoms of mental illness or emotional distress, providing support and helping clients develop coping skills </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Requires a High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Valid CNA license provided by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts </li><li>Experience working with adults with severe mental illness </li><li>Valid Massachusetts drivers license </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>Sunday-Thursday, 7am-3pm OR Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday, 2pm-10pm, Saturday 8am-4pm. </li></ul> <p>Annual Salary</p> <p>$20.50-$20.50 USD</p> <p>At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
