We also promote a healthy work/life balance.</p> <p>The Department of Specialty Courts has an immediate need to fill a PROGRAM PROJECT COORDINATOR position in Bullitt County but to serve Statewide.</p> <p>CHARACTERISTICS OF THE JOB: Responsible for providing coordination and support to local specialty court program and ensuring participants are complying with program requirements. Liaison between specialty court and the community.</p> <p>Examples of duties or responsibilities of this classification:</p> <ul> <li>Acts as liaison to promote the specialty court program in the local community. </li><li>Works with community agencies to provide resources such as financial assistance, alternative housing, medical screening, educational and vocational rehabilitation, and substance use treatment. </li><li>Enters data in a management information computer application. </li><li>Responsible for maintaining and reporting program data as required, including grant management if applicable to program. </li><li>May be responsible for participant intake utilizing an eligibility assessment and other information. </li><li>May carry a participant caseload and provide direct case management. </li><li>Responsible for obtaining treatment sign-in sheets, treatment plans, checking treatment invoices and communicating treatment facility concerns. </li><li>Some statewide and/or overnight travel required. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <p>EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Human Service Field</p> <p>EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: NONE</p> <p>Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE: NONE</p> <p>Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION: Assoc./2 years job related experience or HS diploma/4 years job related experience</p> <p>SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (AGE, LICENSURE, REGULATION, ETC.): Must have and maintain valid Kentucky driver's license.</p> <p>Working Conditions</p> <p>Work is typically within an office setting.
