<p>Denver Industrial Pumps, a SunSource company, is a full-service distributor of pumps and related equipment. Our central location is headquartered in Golden, Colorado and our Pump and Process Solutions division is located in Casper, Wyoming. We carry an average inventory of 300 + pumps that include: centrifugal, drum, submersible, air diaphragm, rotary vane and magnetic drive types. We also offer full-service repair for pump assemblies, base mounting, alignment, impeller trims and balancing, performance and hydrostatic testing. The primary markets we serve are: oil field/refining, industrial, municipal, pharmaceutical, mining, power generation, commercial, food & beverage, OEM and government.</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>The receptionist operates a multiline telephone system, manages incoming calls, and directs callers to the appropriate personnel while handling various administrative duties.</p> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. </li><li>Answer incoming calls, determine the purpose of the call, and forward to the appropriate department. </li><li>Welcome and announce on-site visitors, ensuring they are directed to the right personnel. </li><li>Maintain and update appointment calendars, including birthday and anniversary notifications. Send celebratory emails to staff. </li><li>Perform general clerical tasks as needed. </li><li>Order and manage office and kitchen supplies. </li><li>Handle purchase order confirmations and follow-ups, including: </li></ul> <p>o Verifying pricing.</p> <p>o Confirming shipping dates, locations, and methods.</p> <p>o Notifying the sales team of any changes.</p> <ul> <li>Assist with other assigned duties as necessary. </li></ul> <p>We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer M/F/V/D.
