<p>What to Expect</p> <p>Tesla's Mobile Operations Managers play a crucial role in optimizing customer service and operational efficiency within our mobile service teams. They actively contribute to the daily operations, ensuring the consistent delivery of excellent results and the achievement of quarterly and monthly goals across customer satisfaction, team management, operations, and financial performance.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Exceed customer expectations by coaching and leading the team to elevate their service approach and implement standards for an enhanced customer experience </li><li>Prioritize team success by fostering open communication, active problem-solving, and a positive work environment </li><li>Inspire and coach the team to achieve both daily and strategic goals, collaborating with the Service Manager for team development and growth </li><li>Understand every aspect of team performance and collaborate with Service leaders to increase efficiency and drive continuous improvement in operations </li><li>Facilitate exceptional team performance and actively identify and eliminate operational inefficiencies </li><li>Promote safety, efficiency, quality, and overall excellence in all actions and decisions </li><li>Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the business, ensuring excellence in daily operations to achieve specific goals in productivity, quality, output, cost, and revenue margin where applicable </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience </li><li>Prior leadership experience in a service-focused industry; automotive expertise is not required </li><li>Experience leading teams and managing a diverse group of roles and responsibilities </li><li>Prior experience leading field, technical repair, or manufacturing teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with strong customer facing responsibilities </li><li>Experience running complex processes using Lean or other techniques strongly preferred </li><li>Ability to develop comprehensive understanding of all Tesla products, service systems, processes, and procedures </li></ul> <p>Tesla is an Equal Opportunity employer.
