We earn our position as unrivaled leaders in every category in which we compete, striving for excellence in all that we do - from the performance and consistency of our products to our engagement with golfers and trade partners, to our commitment to creating a workplace built on diversity, inclusion, belonging and respect.</p> <p>Job Title: Winter 2026 Golf Ball Fitting Intern | Titleist</p> <p>Salary: $20/hr</p> <p>Summary: Titleist Golf Ball Fitting Intern will be responsible for connecting with</p> <p>golfers and providing accounts with an enhanced Titleist brand and golf ball experience</p> <p>in key markets across the U.S. through golf ball education, fitting, and merchandising.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Each Titleist Golf Ball Fitting Intern will conduct 60 6-hour golf ball events </li><li>Titleist Golf Ball Specialists will work closely with local Titleist Sales Reps to plan, schedule, and execute the golf ball fitting events </li><li>Intern will run 5 events per week </li><li>For each event, Titleist Golf Ball Fitting Interns will: </li><li>Educate and Fit golfers utilizing the Titleist Golf Ball Fitting App and Trackman </li><li>Educate golf shop staff on Titleist product line and how to properly select a golf ball (1/2 hour/event) </li><li>Educate golf shop staff on the importance of merchandising and merchandise the Titleist golf ball inventory (1/2 hour/event) </li><li>Create report to be submitted to supervisor on a weekly basis </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must have a personal vehicle to travel to and from events with supplies to conduct event.</p> </li><li> <p>Supplies include but are not limited to:</p> </li><li> <p>10 Ft Tent</p> </li><li> <p>Table</p> </li><li> <p>Trackman</p> </li><li> <p>Hitting Net</p> </li><li> <p>Golf Ball Samples</p> </li><li> <p>Must be enrolled full time in a 2 or 4 year university program or entering a Master's degree program</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of the game of golf is strongly preferred</p> </li></ul> <p>Duration of Role: Mid January to Mid April</p> <ul> <li>Titleist Golf Ball Specialists will conduct events in their respective markets from mid-January to mid- April </li></ul> <p>Internship Locations:</p> <ul> <li>San Diego, Los Angeles, Palm Springs, Phoenix, Houston, Tampa, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, West Palm Beach, Miami, Tallahassee, Naples </li></ul> <p>Please note: we will be collecting applications until June 27th and will begin interviewing in the following weeks</p>
