<p>Internal Communications Lead</p> <p>Here at Spirax Sarco we offer the industry's most extensive range of products with services, coupled with practical industry application expertise. We are seeking a dynamic leader, a creative problem solver, and an outstanding communicator who takes ownership and accountability in a challenging environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assume the role in leading our internal communications strategy. Take full ownership for planning, implementing, measuring, and continually improving communication initiatives that connect and engage our employees. </li><li>Work closely with USA leadership and Human Resources to understand business needs, priorities, and cultural nuances, translating them into tailored communication strategies. </li><li>A collaborative relationship with the Steam Communications team will be crucial to the success of this role. Building and maintaining alignment on the Internal Communications and its delivery as a part of the Global Communications team. </li><li>Lead coaching and training to enhance team members' communication skills and promote a culture of learning and growth. </li><li>Find innovative ways to connect with employees through storytelling, visual content, digital platforms, and interactive experiences that make critical information memorable and actionable. </li><li>Support continuous change initiatives by crafting transparent, insightful communications that help employees navigate organizational transformation with confidence. </li><li>Establish and report on key internal communications metrics, using feedback and data to drive continual improvement and demonstrate impact. </li><li>Champion the employee voice, ensuring diverse perspectives are reflected in communications and encouraging a sense of belonging and community. </li><li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate ideas into clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences. </li><li>Demonstrated experience developing and delivering effective internal communication strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and action in complex organizations. </li><li>Proven track record to build strong, trust-based partnerships with senior leaders, HR, cross-functional teams, and external partners such as Steam Communications. </li><li>A creative and open-minded approach to engaging employees and addressing communication challenges. </li><li>Understanding of business priorities, and the ability to function as a proactive and business partner who adds customer value and gets results. </li><li>A self-starter, comfortable taking initiative, owning projects end-to-end, and holding themselves and others accountable to high standards of quality and delivery. </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, managing competing priorities with patience and efficiency. </li><li>Proficiency with digital communication platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Public Relations, English, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. </li><li>Consistent record of developing and implementing successful internal communications strategies that drive measurable impact. </li><li>Experience working closely with senior leadership and HR in the USA; experience collaborating with cross-border or global teams is advantageous. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to partner with external communications or agency teams, particularly with Steam Communications or comparable organizations. </li><li>Portfolio of creative written and multimedia communications materials preferred. </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <ul> <li>Work alongside passionate, driven colleagues and leaders who value communication as a force for connection and transformation. </li><li>Enjoy a collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation, accountability, and continuous learning. </li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits package. </li></ul> <p>About Us</p> <p>Steam Thermal Solutions is one of four businesses within Spirax Group, with global coverage across 67 operating units.
